Mrs. Faye Gladys Holland, age 69, a life resident of Fountain County, mother of Maurice Holland of Covington, died at 10:15 a. m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at her home in Kingman. She had been in ill health for several years and seriously ill for a week. Born June 14, 1893, in Fulton township near Snoddy's Mill in Fountain County, she was the daughter of Manford and Myrta Noel Richardson. She was married Sept. 3, 1914, to Fank G. Holland and he survives. Mrs. Holland had spent her entire life in Fulton and Millcreek townships, having made her home in Kingman for the past 26 years. She was a member of the Kingman Christian Church. Survivors include her husband; a son, Maurice Holland of Covington; two daughters, Mrs. Leroy (Lalia) Sowers of Oden, Mrs. Charles (Ramona) Pollow of Richmond; two brothers, Kenneth Richardson of Muncie, and Lynn Richardson of Waynetown; two sisters, Mrs. Iza Harmon of Villa Grove, Ill., and Mrs. Lois Shaughnessy of West Lebanon; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters. Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Monday afternoon, Feb. 25, at the Bodine & Shelby Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Carey officiated. Burial was in Harveysburg Fraternal Cemetery, north of Kingman. The pallbearers were: Forrest L. Richardson. Robert Newnum, Dean Jones, Robert Harmon, Gerald Harmon, and Charles Schwartz.  --typed by Walt W
